LM Virtual Office was launched in February 2009 by local lady Lisa Shields. It began in a small town centre office in Dundalk however as the business began to grow Lisa realised she needed larger premises in order to expand and fully meet the requirements of her clients. A move to an impressive new office in Blackthorn Business Park followed in June 2012.

LM Virtual Office is a business support service and at its core is answering clients telephone calls. This is carried out in such a professional, consistent and courteous way that callers feel they are speaking to a well-informed member of your staff. LM Virtual Office can do pretty much everything that in-house staff do on a daily basis but at a fraction of the cost.

Lisa and her team are passionate about customer service and are dedicated to each business they represent. Their objective is to cut costs, increase efficiency and ultimately increase profitability for their clients.
